sunday sunday / can’t trust that day

brunch was an odd concoction of leftover sauteed peppers and onions, green onions, two yukon golds, one piece of crumbled bacon, one egg and two whites all mixed together with s&p, paprika (for color), and cayenne.  weird.  i didn’t eat it all.

dinner is about to be burgers from the grill because it’s all that was ready to make.  i know, i have a problem.  i’ve been eating a shit ton of burgers - i just reread june’s posts.  dude.  gotta work to keep it one a week, if that, max.

gymmed it up with lacey.  sadly, i have another round of shin splints.  i almost cried on the treadmill.  i ended up having to walk the whole time.  it was embarassing and demoralizing.  lacey made me do weights.  like a lot.  i already hurt, but it’s a good hurt.  i took a handfull of ibuprofen and will keep it coming until bed.  hopefully, i’ll be in running condition tomorrow.

guilty admission - i’ve been eating 7 layer dip.  i made it healthy this time with ff refrieds, yogurt instead of mayo mixed with sour cream and no cheese.  it’s still just as good!  i just need to find something to eat it with other than chips.
