sweet jesus.  it’s fucking hot.  i can’t even come up with an analogy.  it’s just that goddamn hot.  and it’s been hot.  i would kill myself if i didn’t have a working air conditioner, if the weather inferno didn’t first.
ate leftover bacon pasta (w/very minimal actual bacon, mind you) for lunch and a couple of slices (small) of pizza for dinner.  no alcohol.  on a saturday!  look at me save calories!
today, i had four mrs. t’s perogies with leftover sauteed onions and peppers with a bit of sour cream mixed with fage yogurt for dipping.  definitely under 500 calories.
went to the gym.  walked on the track with mom for 30 minutes, upper body weights, treadmill interval run 2 minutes, walk two minutes for 20 minutes (had to get home to get to a movie, but apparently didn’t need to rush since the bf isn’t showered from his trip to the gym yet.  yes, we go to different gyms now, brill).*
planning to make chicken paillards for dinner tonight, which aren’t all that good for you.  i’m going to pick up some greens and make a simple salad to go with it, though, instead of a starch like we usually have.  baby steps.
