so…
what have i been doing? i ate homemade pizza with garlic evoo, ricotta, fresh mozz, s&p. bean burrito and taco fresco from t-bell. mashed potatoes and cereal from the caf. two iced coffees. grilled cheese (whole wheat and organic cheese) with amy’s split pea soup. stove popped organic popcorn in evoo w/salt, which means no butter :( i have not been workin’ on my fitness. i took the last two days off due to headache, malaise and apathy. i am awesome. back in the saddle today.
