everybody’s ignoring what they did over the weekend

hmm. hmm. hmm.  what did i do/consume?

thursday pm - through sunday pm:

  • pasta with tomato sauce
  • grilled filet w/sauteed veggies and baked potato
  • rotisserie chicken w/sauteed squash from farm market
  • bowl of cereal
  • one taco, chips, salsa, cheese dip
  • handful of movie theater popcorn
  • 4 mini rice crispy treats
  • 2 hendricks and tonics

gym time thursday through sunday:

  • 45 minute walk at gym on sunday afternoon.  AWESOME!
