last night, i made egg salad for sandwiches this week. i read somewhere that if you make them with non full fat mayo, they’re a healthy protein. i chose to believe that and did. little evoo mayo, lots of mustard and s&p. half the yokes. had a sandwich good bread with about a cup of baked beans. now i’m super tired. what’s up with that?
