so, we froze the chicken
is that even legal? probably not. it’s frozen nevertheless. we then defrosted some shrimp that had been hiding out for quite some time. shrimp sauteed with evoo, s&p, lemon juice, parsley and red pepper flakes, served over couscous flavored the same. (except i toasted the couscous in a wee pat of butter with the garlic before adding the stock.) and then i ate too much. one forgets that couscous is a tiny pasta that will expand in your stomach like the national deficit.
my bags are packed, i’m ready to go. to to the gymnasia en la manana. i hope i wake up. all i can think is yo espero a desperar. i have no idea what that means.
