i didn’t work out wednesday either
food consumed: 2 fresco tacos, one fresco bean burrito from t-bell.
i got home about 7.40 from work, crawled into bed and woke up at 7am, in my clothes. WTF!? guess i was really tired. needless to say i saved calories! but didn’t go to the gym.
today, i’m still all groggy and tired. ate a bowl of egg drop soup and an eggroll for lunch. must motivate to at least walk my dog tonight.
coworker said i was looking slimmer. and am wearing my skinny jeans today. not the actual ones i wear when i’m skinny, the ones that are literally skinny, which also didn’t fit until recently. small victories.
