things i ate and did this weekend (since thursday lunch)

um.  let’s see here.

whole wheat pasta with mushroom and artichokes

taco + chips and queso

10,000 million beers

3 slices pizza

organic raisin bran with 1% milk

chicken strips and fries

2 pices cheese bread

1 cup leftover cous cous

two one hour dog walks

i’m actually losing weight or shifting around or something.  clothes are fitting better.  yay!

bought a dress for an upcoming wedding that’s maybe an inch too tight (i mean, i could wear it, but i want to look good in it rather than just be able to get it on).  so, for the next two weeks, i really, really, really need to step it up.  i think i can do it.

on deck for dinner tonight is homemade pizza.  instead of doing what i normall do, i.e. eating the whole thing, i need to eat half as much and thank myself.
