in which blythe and sloths are similar:
1. world’s slowest mammal
2. 15 - 20 hours of sleep per day
3. surprisingly good swimmers
4. neck can turn 270 degrees
that last one isn’t true.  or, is untested, at the least.  i declare amnesty for the last two months.  works has been an m-fing shitshow and i’m actually going to take a little staycation to get my head back on straight as well as snap back into some of the better habits i’d worked so hard to instill.  but i will say that i have been to the gym, tried to cut back on my favorite fattening foods, walked the dog regularly, gotten enough sleep, but there have been setbacks, e.g. no weights, no running, too much diet coke and soda (but hey!  i lasted six months without!) and too much alcohol. 
but before that, let’s start with today: 
b-fast: oikos w/honey (low fat)
lunch: tuna salad (240 cals according to Caf label), chicken and rice soup (100 cals, according to Caf label), iced tea.
