6th
so, i made it through my first week of weight watchers. i didn’t officially go over my point allowance and ended the week with a surplus of 9 extra flex points. i also earned 17 activity points, but couldn’t use them to swap for food points since it was my first week. but really, i’m sure i cheated. who the hell has the time to track all of this shit so precisely? i did my best to estimate and really overestimate things i ate that weren’t brand name. my plan is to spend this week developing recipes we can eat (i say we because i do the cooking and the bf will literally eat anything i put in front of him and tell me how good it is because he’s nice like that) that i can measure exactly to get a sense of what eating my daily point value is really like.
i’m missing my workplace meeting today (staycation, baby!), but i’ll go to a local meeting (if they let me in) to weigh in.
i busted it for an hour at the gym today - four miles! 15 minutes spent running.
