oh, hey there. yeah, it’s a sonoma green le crueset round dutch oven. not the one i wanted, but one on sale via slickdeals.net that i COULD NOT pass up. i tried, but was physically unable. anyway, so, carmelizing some onions in a wee spot of bacon fat before making bacon and onion pasta on the lc’s maiden cookage.
